De Beauvoir Ward Forum - 7pm 15th September, at the Rose Lipman Building

September's Ward Forum will focus on proposals for sustainable transport in De Beauvoir and Hackney. What should be the priorities for transport planning in the borough? How can we make De Beauvoir a great place for cyclists and non-cyclists to travel?

If you're interested or have ideas for how transport and cycling in particular could be improved then do please join us for what we hope will be a lively discussion.

Joining us will be:
  • Ben Kennedy, from Hackney Council's transport planning team, who will share proposals for sustainable transport;
  • Representatives from StreetScene, who are responsible for sustainable transport policy and planning across Hackney.
All those who live and work in De Beauvoir are welcome to attend our ward forums. We would be grateful if you would publicise this event in your community and to any local organisations you are involved with. If you're getting this email and live in Hoxton East, please email hoxtoneast@hackney-labour.org.uk to join your Councillors' email list.

We look forward to seeing you at 7pm on Monday 15th September.
